Terms & Conditions

Before doing something on our website, such as using this website or placing an order. Please also read our terms & conditions about information provided to you.

Copyright

FlyCalf owns ALL its content.

We do not allow anyone to commercially exploit our products or website contents. We also do not allow you to use our content in a way that confuses and/or violates any of our laws or regulations.

In the case of violators, you'll face full prosecution from the state, national, and international copyright laws.

That said, FlyCalf offers its products and content for personal information and ordering products only.

Liability

In case of an injury or damage caused by our products, we are NOT responsible or liable for it.

The same is true if there's an error in quantity when the product arrives at your doorstep.

However, if you claim the package within 5 days (starting from the time it was delivered to you) we will respond to inquiries involving quantity error.

At that time, if you're able to show us the original transportation bill signed by the carrier, we will make it our responsibility to fix the error. We can do this either by shipping more products to match the right amount or by returning some credit from the invoice price.

Taxes and Import/Export Licenses

Note: The prices displayed at FlyCalf does not include taxes yet.

You'll be able to see the full price (taxes included) when we send you the final invoice at the checkout.

Now, if you have a valid exemption certificate from taxes, we won't charge you any tax price. The same is true if the law forbids our company to collect taxes from the buyer.

If you want to import/export our products, you are responsible for securing a license for it.

Applicable Law

All our terms and conditions are governed under UK law principles.

Arbitration

If there is a dispute between our company and a buyer, we're giving 30 days to come to a settlement.

If the 30 days are over and both parties fail to settle the dispute, we will take the issue to the UK International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. They will be the ones to conduct the arbitration rules. Once that's over, whatever the Commission says is final.
